The Laguiole corkscrew has a smooth Rosewood handle that gives it a comfortable feel in your hand while ensuring a safe, stable grip. This wood handle corkscrew features a retractable stainless steel knife blade to cuts the foil on the bottle and an open spiral worm with a filet running down. The Laguiole Rosewood corkscrew is designed to cut into the cork quickly for rapid service of your most popular wines. The stainless steel boot lever extracts the cork from the bottle.
To use, start by cutting the foil under the lip of the bottle using the retractable knife. Remove the foil and retract the knife. Then insert the worm into the cork and turn to secure the corkscrew. Place the boot lever on the lip of the bottle, hold it in place, and lever the handle to pull the cork out of the bottle.
