The color is yellow tending to green, bright. The perfume is intense and varietal: it recalls acacia and orange flowers, yellow peach, sage, and freshly picked Moscato grapes. The flavor is sweet and harmonious, balanced by the acidic support typical of Moscato.
This Moscato has its merit in its explosiveness, in its exuberance, in its brightness. To be drunk young to capture all its vitality.
Traditionally, the Elio Perrone Sourgal Moscato d'Asti appreciates the company of dry sweets, pies, cookies, and leavened cakes. Also pairs well as an aperitif with savory snacks.
