2024 Andrawes Rutherford Napa Sauvignon Blanc

Our 2024 Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies a distinctive sense of place, offering a bright, refreshingly complex profile. Aromas of lime, grapefruit, citrus blossom, and stone fruit are complemented by a savory thread of salty caper and wet stone. The wine is richly layered, with vibrant acidity and notes of Kaffir lime, lemon zest, passionfruit, and orange blossom honey. 

We use minimal oak aging—typically no more than 3 months – to add subtle complexity and creaminess without overshadowing its crisp, lively character. 

Harvested in the cool mornings to preserve delicate flavors, the grapes were pressed and settled immediately. Fermentation took place in steel, concrete, and seasoned French oak tanks at cool temperatures. After five months of sur-lies maturation, the wine was carefully assembled to ensure balance and purity.
